To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We grade our shirts on a scale of 1-10

10: Brand New With Tags, Never been worn. No Flaws

9: In mint condition with no flaws but has no tags

8 - 7: In mint condition with no noticeable flaws but signs of general wear and use

6 - 5: In Great condition but signs of wear through minor flaws

4 and below: Shirts are in wearable condition but either come with numerous flaws or in a condition that is beyond fixable or severely changes the shirts original appearance.

Please note that whilst we use the grading system as a tool of transparency so that you as the customer are aware of the condition of the shirt you are buying, the grading system is predominantly used as a method of categorisation for our listings. We appreciate that how a shirt is graded for its condition differs from customer to customer, therefore we urge you use the photos and the product description when deciding on your purchase.

When grading our shirts we also consider the age of the shirt as well, a newer shirt graded 8/10 will more than likely be in a better condition than that of an 8/10 condition shirt that is much older.
